Algiers, DZWatch – The Société Nationale des Transports Ferroviaires (SNTF), Algeria’s national railway operator, has announced the updated timetable for the Algiers-Bejaia-Algiers train line. This crucial route connects the capital city with the important coastal city of Bejaia.
According to a statement released by the SNTF, the train service will make stops at several key stations along the route. These include Boumerdes, Bouira, Beni Mansour, Lakhdaria, and Draa El Mizan. The stops are designed to facilitate convenient travel for passengers residing in or traveling to these locations.
The schedule details a morning departure from Bejaia to Agha station in Algiers at 6:30 AM. The return journey from Agha station to Bejaia is scheduled for 2:33 PM. This provides passengers with two daily options, catering to a range of travel needs and schedules.
“This initiative is part of the SNTF’s ongoing commitment to improving rail transport services and ensuring passenger comfort across the national rail network,” the statement emphasized.
