The General Directorate of Taxes has announced an extension to the filing deadlines for several tax declarations. This extension applies to taxpayers under various tax regimes, including those subject to the actual and simplified profit systems, as well as the single lump-sum tax system.
The extension specifically covers declarations ‘G No. 50’ (monthly and quarterly), ‘G No. 50 bis’, and ‘G No. 12 bis’. The measure benefits all taxpayers affiliated with tax centers, local centers, and tax inspectorates.
According to an official statement, the new deadlines are as follows:
- Monthly and quarterly ‘G No. 50’ declarations: Extended until Sunday, February 1, 2026.
- ‘G No. 50 bis’ and ‘G No. 12 bis’ declarations: Extended until Sunday, March 1, 2026.
The Directorate explained that this decision aims to facilitate taxpayers fulfilling their tax obligations under optimal conditions. The extension ensures a smooth tax process, relieving pressure on filers and promoting compliance. DZWatch will continue to monitor this developing situation.
