Cybercrime Ring Busted in Blida for Hacking Digital Platform

Blida police have dismantled a cybercrime network involved in hacking a digital platform and compromising automated data processing systems. The operation, conducted by the Research and Intervention Brigade (BRI) of the Blida State Judicial Police, resulted in the arrest of four individuals, including one woman, aged between 20 and 48.

The arrests followed an investigation launched after reports surfaced concerning the hacking and unauthorized access of a digital platform. Specialized operational teams conducted extensive electronic investigations to identify the suspects and their locations, leading to their swift apprehension.

During the operation, authorities seized equipment used in the hacking activities, including computers, magnetic stripe cards, postal checks, mobile phones, and a substantial amount of money in both local and foreign currencies.
