Minister of Finance, Abdelkrim Bouzred, signed a decree extending the deadline for collecting the 2026 car voucher at 4:00 PM, according to the latest issue of the Official Gazette.
Additionally, payment receipts for car vouchers purchased remotely via electronic payment are exempt from stamp duty. In the event of damage or loss of the voucher, it can be reprinted without paying any additional fees.
Conversely, reprinting a voucher purchased through direct cash payment, in case of damage, loss, or theft, requires a fee of 200 Algerian dinars.
