The Bank of Algeria announced on Sunday the exchange rates for banknotes valid from March 1 to March 7, 2026.
According to the bank, the exchange rate for one US Dollar is set at 127.83 for purchase and 135.63 for sale. The Euro is priced at 151.00 for purchase and 160.23 for sale, while the British Pound Sterling stands at 173.16 for purchase and 183.76 for sale.
For other international currencies, 100 Japanese Yen are valued at 81.92 for purchase and 86.94 for sale. The Swiss Franc is listed at 165.60 for purchase and 175.73 for sale, and the Canadian Dollar at 93.54 for purchase and 99.29 for sale.
Regarding Scandinavian currencies, the Danish Krone is 20.21 for purchase and 21.45 for sale, the Swedish Krona is 14.18 for purchase and 15.05 for sale, and the Norwegian Krone is 13.38 for purchase and 14.22 for sale.
In the Arab region, the UAE Dirham is set at 34.80 for purchase and 36.93 for sale, the Saudi Riyal at 34.08 for purchase and 36.16 for sale, and the Kuwaiti Dinar at 418.29 for purchase and 443.96 for sale.
