Oil and gold prices rose to high levels following military escalation in the Gulf region.
Reports on Monday indicated that Brent crude oil prices rose by 10.9 percent to reach $82 per barrel for the first time since June 23, 2025.
Brent crude prices are steadily rising as tensions escalate in the Gulf region and crude oil shipping is disrupted.
Gold prices also rose by 2 percent to reach $5,330 per ounce.
