The Algerian military athletics team was crowned world champion in cross-country running in Greece on Sunday. This victory came in a world championship featuring teams from thirty-eight countries.
Additionally, champion Ramdane Ouarghi finished as runner-up in the individual race during the same championship held in Greece.
