Sonelgaz Gas Transport Maintains International Quality Certification

The Algerian Electricity and Gas Company – Sonelgaz Gas Transport has successfully maintained the ISO 9001:2015 international quality management system certification for the second consecutive year, following the successful completion of the second external follow-up audit. This achievement was announced during the closing meeting of the audit work held on Thursday evening, March 5, at the company’s headquarters, in the presence of the audit team from the certification body, quality management system officials, and company executives from various departments.

The audit included a comprehensive evaluation of the various components of the quality management system adopted within the company, including planning, implementation, review, and continuous improvement mechanisms. The objective was to ensure the compliance of processes and procedures with approved international standards. During the evaluation, the external audit team praised the level of organization and professionalism in the management of operations within the company, noting the cooperation and effective involvement of employees in implementing quality requirements and providing the necessary information for the success of the audit process.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the representative of the certification body officially announced the success of Sonelgaz Gas Transport in maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. This serves as a new confirmation of the company’s commitment to establishing a culture of quality and improving performance.
