Iran launched significant strikes against Israel on Saturday night and Sunday morning following intense missile shelling that resulted in substantial casualties. On the 23rd day of the conflict, Iranian missiles targeted southern and northern areas, causing deaths and dozens of injuries in Arad and Dimona, the site of a nuclear reactor.
Israeli media reported that the number of injured in Arad has risen to at least 88 in a preliminary toll, with several in critical condition. Reports indicated that nine buildings were damaged by an Iranian missile strike, noting that the bombardment of Arad caused the highest number of casualties since the start of the conflict and destroyed an entire neighborhood.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps announced the execution of the 73rd wave of “True Promise 4” operations, targeting Dimona, Arad, Beersheba, and Kiryat Gat in the southern regions. Footage from the site of the missile impact in Arad showed the extent of the destruction.
