A partnership agreement was signed on Monday evening at the Djen Djen Port in the province of Jijel between the port authority and the Algerian-Qatari Steel Company.
According to a statement issued by the port authority, the agreement was established within the framework of strengthening integration between the industrial and logistical sectors to facilitate import and export procedures.
The partnership aims to improve the flow of logistical operations, contributing to the facilitation of import and export processes and reducing processing times within the port. This is expected to directly enhance the competitiveness of national products in international markets.
The agreement is part of an integrated development vision aimed at promoting national production and strengthening industrial value chains. Djen Djen Port is expected to play a pivotal role as a strategic logistical hub supporting heavy industry, particularly given its proximity to the Bellara industrial complex.
This partnership opens promising prospects for investment and development, confirming the commitment of both parties to effectively contribute to supporting the national economy and enhancing sustainable growth dynamics.
