A foreign trade expert has told dzwatch that the Tindouf Exhibition, scheduled from the 24th to the 27th of this month, represents far more than a traditional trade fair — it is rapidly becoming a strategic economic hub drawing significant interest from Mauritanian traders and investors.
With over 100 national institutions confirmed to participate, the expert emphasized that Tindouf is well-positioned to become a free zone capable of dramatically boosting non-hydrocarbon exports, thanks to its vast territorial assets and superior logistical infrastructure.
“The platform and logistics capabilities available at Tindouf will allow Algerian goods to establish a powerful presence in Mauritanian markets, with daily and organized supply ensuring seamless export and sales operations,” the expert exclusively told dzwatch.
He further noted that Tindouf’s proximity to the Mauritanian border offers Algerian producers a major competitive advantage, strengthening their foothold in the regional market while attracting new investments into the area’s commercial and industrial sectors.
