Algerian Army Chief Begins Official Visit to Oman to Strengthen Military Cooperation

Algiers, Algeria – General Saïd Chanegriha, Chief of Staff of the People's National Army (ANP) and Delegate Minister to the Minister of National Defence, has embarked on an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman. The visit, which commenced yesterday, comes at the invitation of Vice-Admiral Abdallah Ben Khamis Ben Abdallah Al Raïssi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces.

This high-level engagement underscores Algeria's commitment to reinforcing bilateral ties with the Sultanate of Oman, particularly in the crucial military and security sectors. During his stay, General Chanegriha is scheduled to hold discussions with several Omani officials.
