Algeria and Tunisia Forge Stronger Ties: Ministers Discuss Preparations for Joint Committee Meeting

Algerian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks with his Tunisian counterpart, Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad. The discussions took place on the sidelines of the African-Korean Partnership Ministerial Meeting in Seoul.

According to a statement from the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two ministers reviewed the ongoing preparations for the Algerian-Tunisian Follow-up Committee meeting. This meeting aims to assess the progress made in implementing the outcomes of the 23rd session of the Grand Joint Commission.

The objective of these efforts is to elevate the bilateral partnership to achieve the ambitious goals set by the leaders of the two brotherly nations, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and his Tunisian counterpart, Kais Saied.
