The pivotal agreement, signed on Monday, June 1, 2026, at the headquarters of Air Algérie's domestic division, signifies a strategic move to integrate and coordinate operations across the conglomerate. The agreement was executed by Said Benazzouz, General Manager of Air Algérie's domestic operations, and Issam Ben Said, General Manager of AH Ground Operations. The signing ceremony was attended by Said Lamouchi, Secretary-General of the General Union of Algerian Workers within Air Algérie.

This transformation of ground handling into the AH Ground Operations branch is a crucial element in Air Algérie's broader restructuring strategy.
