Governor Ahmed Boudouh of the wilaya of Mostaganem conducted a thorough inspection of Liberty Beach on Tuesday morning, assessing the readiness of facilities and services for the upcoming summer season. The inspection, which included key local officials, focused on ensuring that all aspects of the beach are prepared to welcome visitors.

Governor Boudouh emphasized the critical importance of completing all preparations before the official commencement of the summer holidays, stressing the need to provide an optimal environment for the comfort and safety of beachgoers. He issued a series of directives aimed at enhancing the beach's infrastructure and appeal.
Key instructions included reinforcing public lighting, intensifying tree watering, launching a comprehensive cleaning campaign, and the immediate installation of waste bins across the beach. The governor also mandated the swift resolution of any identified deficiencies.
Furthermore, he ordered the erection of a prefabricated structure to serve as the Gendarmerie Nationale's post during the current season, with plans for a permanent concrete headquarters to be completed by the next summer season. This initiative aims to provide suitable working conditions for the security personnel responsible for beach safety.
The governor's directives also encompassed repainting lighting poles and refreshing the colors of the sidewalks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the beachfront. All outstanding issues and deficiencies are to be rectified by the upcoming Thursday, ensuring the best possible conditions for receiving visitors.
