The "Abi Ras Ennaciri" House of Culture in Mascara will serve as the venue for this four-day celebration, organized in collaboration with the local cultural institution. This edition coincides with International Children's Day, highlighting the importance of nurturing young talent and providing enriching experiences.

Eight choirs from the wilayas of Sidi Bel-Abbes, Relizane, Mostaganem, and Mascara are expected to participate, showcasing a diverse range of educational and awareness-raising songs. The festival's program is further enhanced by acrobatic performances from Mascara's local artists, adding a dynamic visual element to the proceedings.

Attendees will also be treated to a special operetta, "Nouzha fi alhane" (A Promenade in Melodies), presented by the theater troupe of artist Fouad Bendoubaba from Relizane. Additionally, the cultural association "El-Meddah" from Mostaganem will perform a musical play titled "El Maghrour" (The Arrogant), adding a theatrical dimension to the cultural offerings.

A key feature of the festival is a workshop dedicated to educational singing, led by experienced instructors from Mascara's House of Culture music and singing department. This initiative underscores the event's commitment to providing practical skills and creative development opportunities for children.

The primary objective of the National Children's Song Days, according to organizers, is to introduce children to constructive educational songs and to share in the joyous celebration of their international day, promoting a spirit of authenticity and creativity.
