Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Fisheries, Yacine Wallid, announced the creation of a dedicated transparency page on the ministry's official website. This platform will display comprehensive lists of all licenses issued, including those for importing animal and plant health products, along with related administrative procedures.
The initiative, detailed during a meeting focused on the sector's strategy and cooperation with the High Authority for Transparency, Prevention, and Fight against Corruption, is designed to inform the public about economic actors who have obtained essential permits. The objective is to empower citizens with knowledge regarding who is licensed and for what specific agricultural inputs, thereby strengthening public oversight and trust in the sector's operations.
