Oran Baccalaureate exam security plan
A statement from the security directorate emphasized that this plan aims to ensure the smooth running of the exams and provide a conducive environment for students. This involves providing security coverage for all 97 examination centers within the jurisdiction, in addition to two correction centers and one consolidation center.
The security plan incorporates several practical measures, including extensive field deployment utilizing all available material, human, and technical resources. Increased police presence, through both foot and vehicle patrols, will secure the vicinity of examination centers and access routes. Security escorts will be provided for the transportation of exam papers and answer sheets, in coordination with relevant authorities. Specialized security units will be deployed to facilitate traffic flow, prevent random parking in front of centers, and avert traffic congestion. Furthermore, various operational services, including public security, judicial police, and security forces from the 8 districts and 22 urban areas, will be integrated to ensure rapid response and comprehensive security coverage.
The police services reminded parents of students and vehicle drivers of the importance of adhering to traffic laws and cooperating with police forces on the ground to avoid any disruptions. The police have also made their hotlines (1548 and 17), the 'Alo Police' application, and their digital platforms available to citizens for reporting information or requesting assistance.
