Algerian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, officially inaugurated a new Center for Technology and Innovation in Virtual Education Systems on Monday. The ceremony took place at the Martyr Abdelhafid Ihaddaden Scientific and Technological Hub in Sidi Abdallah.
