University of Algiers 3 Highlights Strong Academic Performance and Strategic Growth

The Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Algiers 3 has unveiled its academic and strategic report for the 2025–2026 academic year, reaffirming its position as one of the largest and most dynamic faculties in Algeria. The report emphasizes the institution’s commitment to aligning its programs with modern specializations and the evolving needs of the labor market and national economy.
According to the report, the total number of enrolled students reached 34,206, while 9,915 students graduated at both undergraduate and master’s levels, achieving an impressive success rate of 91.92%. The faculty offered 15 undergraduate specializations, including several innovative dual-degree and competency-based programs that attracted significant student interest. Among the most popular were Applied Mathematics and Economics (dual degree) with 251 students, Economics and International Relations with 155, and Economics and Media & Communication (dual degree) with 153 students.
In terms of international outreach, the faculty welcomed 36 new international students from various Arab and African countries. It also expanded English-language instruction, with 377 students graduating from English-based programs. Evening master’s programs attracted over 750 students, supported by improved security and transportation services.
The faculty further promoted entrepreneurship, registering 103 startup-related graduation projects and training 127 students at the Entrepreneurship Development Center, with 12 students receiving innovation labels.
Additionally, over 1,000 professionals from public institutions benefited from training programs. The faculty also advanced digital transformation and campus upgrades, while aiming to achieve ISO 9001 quality certification and strengthen expertise in English and artificial intelligence.
