Minister Saayoud Directs Accelerated Digitalization for Enhanced Public Services
Minister of Interior, Local Communities, and Transport, Said Saayoud, chaired a working session at the Government Palace on Monday evening to evaluate the digitalization progress within his sector. This session aligns with the directives of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at accelerating digital transformation and strengthening interoperability across various government sectors. The meeting specifically assessed the advancement of digital projects and systems directly impacting public services, particularly those concerning grey cards and civil status documents, while also identifying any shortcomings and dysfunctions affecting service continuity and quality.
During the session, Minister Saayoud issued stringent instructions for the immediate resolution of identified deficiencies and an accelerated pace for their processing. He emphasized the necessity of ensuring continuous monitoring of digital projects and completing all related operations within specified timelines.
