Adil Boulbina Nets Maiden Goal for Al-Diriyah

Algerian international footballer Adil Boulbina recently opened his scoring account in Saudi Arabia, netting his first goal for Al-Diriyah. This significant achievement came in only his second appearance for the club, contributing to a decisive 3-0 victory against Al-Ettifaq in a Saudi Pro League fixture on Saturday.

Boulbina's goal occurred in the 53rd minute, following an assist from Óscar Rodríguez. Receiving the ball on the left side of the penalty area, the former Paradou AC player skillfully shifted onto his left foot before delivering a well-placed cross-shot beyond the goalkeeper's reach, finding the far corner of the net. His performance throughout the match was noted for its activity, earning him a rating of 7.9.

The goal marked a key moment in Al-Diriyah's win, which also saw Darwin Núñez score an early opener in the 8th minute, assisted by Óscar Rodríguez, and later secure a brace in the 81st minute. Boulbina was substituted in the 59th minute, six minutes after his goal, due to physical discomfort. This inaugural goal establishes a promising start to his tenure with Al-Diriyah.
