Elite Kingdom School Opens First Full Cambridge Pathway Campus in Algiers
Elite Kingdom School, already established in Oran since 2023, has inaugurated its new 5,000 m² campus in Chéraga, Algiers. This new establishment marks a significant development in Algeria's educational landscape, offering the nation's first uninterrupted Cambridge-accredited academic journey from kindergarten through to the British baccalaureate. The official inauguration event brought together institutional officials, diplomats, partners, and families of prospective students, underscoring the school's commitment to expanding international educational options within the country.
The core of the school's offering is a complete Cambridge pathway, unique in Algeria for its full accreditation by Cambridge Assessment Education. This accreditation extends across the entire educational journey, with students preparing for IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) and A Levels (Advanced Level) qualifications, which are widely recognized by universities abroad. The school's pedagogical team comprises over 45 teachers, including a dozen British specialists, ensuring a strong English-speaking presence and an international framework for its programs.
Designed to host more than 600 students progressively, the campus features classrooms ranging from 30 to 42 m², accommodating 12 to 16 students for individualized learning. Educational spaces are equipped with Smart Cambridge solutions and interactive whiteboards, complemented by STEM laboratories for practical learning in science, technology, engineering, biology, chemistry, and physics. Additionally, the school provides continuous medical monitoring, a psychology service, and extensive sports facilities for activities such as basketball, volleyball, handball, and tennis. The founder, Mme Habib Zahmani Nidal, stated the ambition is to offer a comprehensive Cambridge pathway within an international environment that combines academic excellence, British expertise, innovation, and personalized support, thereby strengthening the international education options available in Algeria.
