Minister Sayoud Declares Digital Transformation a Sovereign Choice

Algeria has affirmed digital transformation as a strategic and sovereign choice, according to Said Sayoud, the Minister of Interior, Local Communities, and Urban Planning. The Minister stressed that digitalization is no longer solely a technical endeavor to update administrative tools.
