Minister Noureddine Ouadah announced an intensive national activity to introduce state support mechanisms for entrepreneurship to young people. This initiative aims to integrate youth into the new economy by providing information and direct support for promising economic projects.

Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and SMEs, Noureddine Ouadah, announced an intensive national activity scheduled for this week. The initiative aims to introduce the various state-provided mechanisms and support systems for entrepreneurship to project holders, making them more accessible to young Algerians. This comes as part of a broader program designed to integrate youth into the new economy and ensure promising economic projects receive full opportunities and quality support.
Mr. Ouadah highlighted that his ministry has developed an extensive program, including a major national event, to raise awareness among young people and students. This event will directly connect new entrepreneurs with all the agencies, mechanisms, funding, and institutional measures provided by the state, aiming to remove administrative barriers. During the inauguration of the new provincial headquarters of the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development (NASDA) in Bir Mourad Raïs, Central Algiers, the Minister emphasized the sector's commitment to supporting entrepreneurs as vital economic contributors.
The Ministry places project owners at the forefront of its priorities, providing comprehensive care, guidance, and assistance to overcome obstacles. Entrepreneurs are recognized as active economic operators crucial for wealth creation, job provision, and the nation's economic development. Mr. Ouadah also noted NASDA's progress in modernizing operations and improving support for project owners, ensuring better working conditions for its staff. The Ministry, in coordination with NASDA and local authorities, plans to maintain these standards across all provinces to foster entrepreneurship and enhance micro-enterprises' contribution to national wealth.
The Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-enterprises considers the upcoming Global Entrepreneurship Week, which Algeria will host from November 16 to 23, as a pivotal strategic event. This week is anticipated to serve as a key milestone for the concrete, on-the-ground implementation of innovative projects tailored to serve the national economy.
