Constantine – The fifth edition of the International Exhibition of Modern Buildings and New Technologies, “Biltac,” is set to take place from February 10 to 13, 2025, in Constantine. The event, which will host 80 local and international exhibitors, aims to showcase the latest advancements in smart construction, innovative materials, and digital solutions, according to the organizers.
Under the theme “Building the Future with Technology,” the exhibition seeks to serve as a platform for strategic exchange and collaboration within the construction industry. Mohamed Seifeddine Salhi, Director of “Media Smart,” the organizing body, emphasized that the event will highlight cutting-edge developments in smart building technologies, sustainable materials, and digital solutions tailored to the sector’s evolving needs.
Focus on Innovation and Startups
This year’s edition will place special emphasis on companies presenting their products for the first time, offering them a unique opportunity to showcase their innovations to a specialized audience. A dedicated space will also be allocated to startups, particularly those developing electronic applications, innovative materials, and modern digital solutions aimed at modernizing the construction sector and preserving architectural heritage through the restoration of old buildings.
Networking and Partnerships
The exhibition will feature a dedicated area for B2B meetings, providing professionals and key industry players with an ideal environment to establish commercial and industrial partnerships. Additionally, the event will include 32 scientific seminars addressing topics such as sustainable development, artificial intelligence applications in construction, innovative use of natural resources, and the preservation of architectural heritage.
Study Days and Energy Efficiency
The program will include two study days. The first, titled “Building the Future: Green Technologies for Modern Construction,” will allow startups to present their projects to attract investors and partners. The second study day, organized in collaboration with the National Agency for the Development and Rational Use of Energy, will focus on energy efficiency in construction.
