
Algiers—The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, arrived in Maputo on Monday for an official visit to the Republic of Mozambique, by order of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, according to a statement from the ministry.
The statement explained that this visit is part of joint efforts aimed at boosting and revitalizing the historical friendship and solidarity between Algeria and Mozambique.
During his stay in Maputo, Minister Ahmed Attaf is expected to be received by the President of the Republic of Mozambique, Mr. Daniel Francisco Chauque. He will also hold a working session with his Mozambican counterpart, Ms. Maria Manuela dos Santos Lucas, as stated in the release.
