Algiers – On Saturday, May 24, 2025, Sofiane Chaib, Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of the National Community Abroad, represented President Abdelmadjid Tebboune at the inauguration ceremony of Ecuador’s President, Daniel Noboa Azín, held in the capital, Quito, according to a statement from the Ministry.
On this occasion, Chaib conveyed President Tebboune’s greetings to the newly elected Ecuadorian President, along with his wishes for success in his high duties and for further progress and prosperity for the friendly Ecuadorian people.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from 93 countries and international and regional organizations, including heads of state and government, senior officials, and members of the accredited diplomatic corps, the statement added.
