Algiers – On Wednesday, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune appointed Mr. Abbas Ammar as a member of the Constitutional Court and Mr. Mohamed Boutarfas as Director General of Legal Affairs and Constitutional Justice within the same institution, according to an official statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic.
