The event was held as part of the 71st anniversary commemorations of the outbreak of the glorious November 1, 1954 Revolution.
The ceremony recognized the distinguished service and contributions of these high-ranking officers to the nation’s security and defense. The awards symbolize the nation’s gratitude for their dedication and commitment.
Earlier in the day, President Tebboune paid his respects to the martyrs of the liberation revolution at the Martyr’s Memorial. This solemn occasion served as a reminder of the sacrifices made for Algeria’s independence and the enduring legacy of the revolution.
