Algiers, November 9, 2025 – President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has received congratulatory messages from numerous heads of state and international leaders on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the Algerian Revolution.
Hungarian President Tamás Sulyok extended his sincere congratulations to President Tebboune, acknowledging the progress in bilateral relations between Algeria and Hungary. He expressed his conviction in the importance of joint efforts to address global challenges and affirmed Hungary’s commitment to supporting and deepening cooperation in new areas. President Sulyok conveyed his best wishes for President Tebboune’s health and success, and for the continued prosperity of Algeria.
Slovak President Peter Pellegrini, on behalf of himself and the Slovak people, also sent warm greetings to President Tebboune and the Algerian people. In his message, President Pellegrini highlighted the long-standing positive and friendly relations between Slovakia and Algeria. He expressed his hope for continued development of these relations, both bilaterally and multilaterally, based on mutual respect, solidarity, and mutually beneficial cooperation. The Slovak President voiced his belief that the reopening of embassies would create a new dynamic and further deepen ties between the two nations.
Similarly, Slovenian President Nataša Pirc Musar conveyed her heartfelt congratulations to President Tebboune on the anniversary of the Algerian Revolution. She emphasized the strong and friendly relations between Slovenia and Algeria, citing numerous meetings, including the President’s official visit to Slovenia, as significant steps in strengthening bilateral ties across various sectors. President Pirc Musar expressed her confidence that the excellent relations between Slovenia and Algeria would continue to strengthen in all areas of mutual interest and looked forward to collaborating with President Tebboune to promote the well-being of both nations and foster better cooperation among the peoples of the Mediterranean region.
Bulgarian President Rumen Radev also sent a message of congratulations.
