New Digital Platform Streamlines Exporter Compensation

Algiers – The Ministry of Trade has launched a new initiative to streamline compensation procedures for exporters through an innovative digital platform. This move aims to boost national exports and enhance the competitiveness of Algerian products in global markets.

The Ministry of Trade and Export Promotion announced the implementation of compensation procedures for files submitted for the year 2025. This will be done via the dedicated digital platform for managing the National Fund for Export Promotion (FSPE): fspe.commerce.gov.dz.

According to a ministry statement, this initiative is part of ongoing efforts to support national production and expand the exporter base. It achieves this by simplifying administrative procedures through digital transformation and enabling electronic file processing.

The Ministry urges all economic operators involved in exporting to submit their files through the digital platform as soon as possible. It also calls on them to correct any errors and address any reservations for files classified as ‘awaiting correction’. The ministry emphasizes its commitment to reviewing files and compensating exporters promptly.

The deadline for submitting files via the digital platform is December 1, 2025. This timeframe provides exporters with sufficient time to complete their files and ensure processing within the specified legal deadlines.

This initiative reflects the government’s continued policy of digitizing public services and facilitating exporters’ access to financial support. This is part of a comprehensive vision for developing foreign trade and driving the national economy towards greater openness and efficiency. The digital platform is expected to significantly reduce processing times and improve transparency in the compensation process.
