Algiers – Health directorates across Algeria have announced a large-scale recruitment drive for professionals and administrative staff within public health institutions for the year 2025.
This initiative aims to bolster human resources and ensure the continuous delivery of efficient and effective healthcare services to citizens.
The recruitment campaign targets individuals seeking employment in the health sector across various educational levels. Available positions include skilled workers, security guards, drivers, cleaning staff, administrative assistants, office assistants, and data entry clerks. This opens opportunities for a wide range of job seekers looking for public sector employment.
The hiring process will be based on professional examinations or qualifications, depending on the nature of the position. This includes skilled workers at levels one and two, responsible for cleaning, security, or general maintenance tasks, as well as drivers at levels one and two, according to the required vehicle type and driving license. Physical fitness is a prerequisite for performing these duties.
The competitions also include administrative positions such as administrative assistants and office assistants for those holding secondary education certificates. The data entry clerk position requires a professional competency certificate or specialized training in computer science for at least six months, along with a strong understanding of office equipment and software.
All applicants must submit complete files, including a written application stating their full address and phone number, a certified copy of their national identity card, proof of residency, a copy of proof of national service status, original or certified copies of required qualifications and certificates accompanied by transcripts, two medical certificates proving the applicant’s ability to perform the required tasks, and several photographs. Drivers must also include a copy of their driving license relevant to the desired position. Successful candidates must complete their files before appointment by adding a birth certificate and other required documents.
