Algiers – Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Security, Abdelhak Saihi, has emphasized the critical role of digitalization in strengthening coordination between labor inspectorates and various institutions. The Minister underscored that adopting a digital approach is essential for eliminating bureaucratic hurdles and fostering transparency within the labor sector.
In a statement released Wednesday, the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security highlighted the Minister’s commitment to leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in labor oversight. Minister Saihi believes that a digitally-driven system will streamline communication, facilitate data sharing, and enhance the overall responsiveness of labor inspectorates to the needs of both employers and employees.
“Digitalization is no longer an option, but a necessity,” stated Minister Saihi. “By embracing digital solutions, we can create a more agile, transparent, and accountable system that benefits all stakeholders.
