The third Palestinian National Dialogue Forum concluded its work today in Istanbul, Turkey, after convening on November 14th and 15th, 2025. The forum, held under the banner of “Palestinian Unity in the Face of Extermination, Displacement, and Annexation,” saw broad participation from national figures from both within Palestine and the diaspora.
Representatives from Palestinian bodies, conferences, initiatives, and forces from 28 countries attended, along with a selection of academics and media professionals. Organizers framed the meeting as a critical moment for the Palestinian people, citing the ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis in Gaza, coupled with escalating annexation policies in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
A final statement released by the forum outlined several recommendations and practical outcomes, most notably the formation of a National Body for Palestinian Popular Action. This body aims to coordinate efforts and mobilize resources to support resistance and bolster resilience.
The forum participants also reiterated their rejection of foreign guardianship and dominance, emphasizing the right of the Palestinian people to manage their own affairs and determine their own future. Other key initiatives include launching global media and legal campaigns to support Palestinian prisoners and expose violations against them. Furthermore, participants agreed to push for action at the Arab, Islamic, and international levels to isolate the occupation and confront annexation and settlement projects.
The forum emphasized the importance of developing national action tools through the revitalization of unions and syndicates, building a unified Palestinian digital identity, and documenting crimes in a museum dedicated to genocide.
According to the closing statement, the newly formed National Body for Palestinian Popular Action will serve as a coordinating umbrella, bringing together popular conferences, initiatives, and independent national figures. Its mandate includes supporting the struggle and resistance of the Palestinian people in all its forms and strengthening the steadfastness of the people of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
