Timimoun, Algeria – The Minister of Culture and Arts, Malika Bendouda, officially inaugurated the first edition of the Timimoun International Short Film Festival this Thursday evening. The event, held in the wilaya of Timimoun, promises to be a significant platform for cinematic talent from across the globe.
The festival boasts an impressive selection of 62 films representing 31 countries, with a strong focus on African cinema. 23 films from across the African continent are participating, highlighting the festival’s commitment to showcasing diverse perspectives and narratives.
