Heavy Rainfall Warning Issued for Several Algerian Provinces

DZWatch Exclusive: The national weather service has issued a special alert for heavy rainfall expected to impact numerous provinces across Algeria starting early Monday morning. Residents are urged to take necessary precautions.

According to the weather advisory, rainfall amounts are projected to range between 20 and 40 millimeters. The inclement weather is expected to begin at 6:00 AM on Monday and continue until 6:00 PM the same day.

The provinces most likely to be affected by this weather system include: Mostaganem, Chlef, Tlemcen, Sidi Bel Abbes, Mascara, Saida, Relizane, Tiaret, Tissemsilt, Medea, Bouira, and Tizi Ouzou. Additionally, the northern regions of Naama and El Bayadh are also under the weather warning.

Authorities are advising citizens in these areas to remain vigilant and stay informed about the evolving weather conditions.
