President Tebboune Launches Construction of 8,050 AADL 3 Homes in Constantine

Constantine, Algeria – President Abdelmadjid Tebboune today laid the foundation stone for the construction of 8,050 housing units under the AADL 3 (Agence d’Amélioration et de Développement du Logement) scheme in the new urban center of Sidi Saiss in Constantine. This initiative underscores the government’s commitment to accelerating housing programs and addressing the growing demand for affordable rental-purchase housing.

During his working visit to the wilaya (province) of Constantine, President Tebboune received a detailed presentation on the modernization plan for the ancient city. He also reviewed various development projects underway across the region, with a particular focus on housing and urban planning initiatives.

The President was briefed on the digitalization process within the housing sector at the local level. This digital transformation aims to streamline administrative procedures, reduce processing times for applications, enhance transparency, and improve services for citizens seeking housing assistance.
