Applicants who previously submitted appeal forms electronically can now access the outcome of their files through the official AADL digital platform.
According to a statement released by AADL, the processing of appeals is now fully accessible via their website: www.aadl.dz. Subscribers can access their appeal status by entering their personal information in the designated section and navigating to the ‘Subscription’ tab. This allows them to view the final decision regarding their appeal without needing to visit AADL offices in person.
AADL emphasized that this initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to streamline digital services for citizens and alleviate pressure on its physical offices. The agency encourages those requiring further information or clarification to contact their dedicated hotline at 3040, where agents are available to answer all inquiries from subscribers.
