He served in various national newspapers before ascending to the role of Editor-in-Chief at the national television channel, El Watania. His final role was as the producer of the political program ‘Observers,’ a testament to his enduring commitment to insightful and professional journalism.
According to the Directorate of Communication, the late Mr. Khellas was renowned for his sharp and insightful analysis of the country’s political scene. He was considered a pillar of integrity within Algerian media, having mentored and shaped the careers of numerous journalists who respected his wisdom and dedication to the profession.
