Doha, Qatar – Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Said Ali Zoukhroufi, is participating in the Mobile World Congress (MWC25) currently underway in Doha, Qatar. The Minister is engaging with key players in the telecommunications and modern technology sectors.
During his visit, Minister Zoukhroufi met with his Qatari counterpart, Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, at the Qatari pavilion. Discussions focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in the development of technology parks and supporting the expansion of call centers in Algeria. This initiative aligns with Algeria’s ambition to develop advanced digital services and create new employment opportunities within the promising technology sector.
The Minister also received a warm welcome at the “Ooredoo” group pavilion, where potential partnership opportunities and the company’s role in supporting innovation and digital transformation projects in Algeria were presented.
Furthermore, Minister Zoukhroufi participated in a high-level ministerial meeting on technological infrastructure, bringing together ministers from various countries. He was also a guest at several pavilions of global technology companies participating in the conference.
