Algiers – The General Directorate of Communication at the Presidency of the Republic has expressed its deepest condolences following the passing of journalist Hamid Agig.
In a message of condolence released earlier today, the Presidency acknowledged the significant contributions of the late Agig to the Algerian media landscape. The statement highlighted his extensive experience across various media institutions and national organizations.
“Following the passing of the esteemed journalist Hamid Agig, who worked in numerous media institutions and national bodies, the General Directorate of Communication at the Presidency of the Republic extends its sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the family of the deceased, the media family, and all who knew him,” the statement read.
