Algiers, Algeria – State Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, responsible for African Affairs, Ms. Salma Bekhta Mansouri, received the Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa, Mr. Alvin Botes, at the Ministry headquarters today, Wednesday.
Mr. Botes is currently in Algeria to participate in the 12th edition of the “Oran Process” conference on Peace and Security in Africa, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad and African Affairs.
