ADDL 3 Housing Project Launches in Tebessa Province

Tebessa, Algeria – Construction has officially commenced on the highly anticipated ADDL 3 housing project in the province of Tebessa. The Director-General of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (ADDL), Mr. Riad Gamdani, presided over the cornerstone laying ceremony for the construction of 1,000 ADDL 3 housing units in Boulhaf Dyr, Tebessa, earlier today.

During his address, Mr. Gamdani stated that all companies entrusted with the construction of the 46,000 ADDL 3 housing units nationwide have been officially installed. He emphasized that these site visits are part of an ongoing effort to monitor the implementation of the agency’s roadmap and ensure the project’s success.

Mr. Gamdani further assured that all construction materials used in the ADDL 3 project will be 100% Algerian-made, supporting local industries and creating employment opportunities. He also reassured subscribers that the ADDL 3 homes will feature a modern architectural design and external amenities that align with citizens’ expectations for decent living conditions.

It’s worth noting that since President Abdelmadjid Tebboune initiated the first ADDL 3 project in Constantine, a total of 14,050 housing units have been allocated across several provinces:

– 8,050 units in the new urban center of Sissaoui, Constantine.

– 1,600 units in the Al-Bakrat urban center, Ouargla.

– 2,000 units in the Ouled Khaled urban center, Saida.

– 1,400 units in Medea province.

– 1,000 units in Boulhaf Dyr, Tebessa.

The launch of the Tebessa project marks a significant step forward in the ADDL 3 program, aimed at providing affordable and quality housing for Algerian citizens.
