Algiers – Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received the Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa, Alvin Botes, at the Ministry headquarters on Thursday.
