A special bulletin indicates that the provinces of Tipaza, Algiers, Boumerdes, Blida, and northern Medea are expected to receive rainfall amounts ranging from 20 to 40 millimeters. This heavier band of rainfall is expected to commence today, Thursday, at 21:00 and persist until tomorrow, Friday, at 21:00.
