Doha, Qatar – Brahim Boughali, Speaker of the People’s National Assembly, is participating in the 23rd edition of the Doha Forum, commencing this Saturday in Doha, Qatar. Mr. Boughali is attending in his capacity as President of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union.
