Nation Shield Forces Expand Presence in Eastern Yemen

HADRAMAUT & AL-MAHRA – Nation Shield forces have announced an expansion of their deployment in Yemen’s eastern governorates. Over the past hours, the forces have implemented three key operational steps in Hadramaut and Al-Mahra.

These steps include securing Al Ghaydah International Airport in Al-Mahra governorate. This measure aims to ensure the smooth flow of air traffic and standardize security and monitoring procedures at the vital transportation hub.

Furthermore, Nation Shield forces have solidified their control over the Al-Aber/Al-Khasha and Al-Aber/Al-Wadea road networks in Hadramaut governorate. Strict protocols are in place to guarantee the safety of travelers using these routes.

In a third significant development, the 23rd Mechanized Brigade and its associated military sites in the Al-Aber district have been handed over to Nation Shield forces. According to reports, the handover process was conducted smoothly and in accordance with official procedures, with the goal of streamlining the military posture in critical areas.
