Algiers – The Algerian government, under the leadership of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, is firmly committed to protecting judges and ensuring the faithful application of the law. This assurance was given today by the Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Lotfi Boujemaa, in Algiers.
Speaking in the capital, Minister Boujemaa emphasized the state’s unwavering dedication to safeguarding the judiciary and upholding the principles of justice. He highlighted the significant progress achieved in enhancing the judicial system, pointing to tangible improvements and ongoing reforms designed to strengthen its integrity and efficiency.
“The protection of judges is paramount to ensuring a fair and just society,” stated Minister Boujemaa. “The state is fully committed to providing a safe and secure environment for judges to carry out their duties without fear of intimidation or reprisal.”
The Minister further elaborated on the government’s commitment to implementing the law with utmost integrity and impartiality. He stressed that the rule of law is the cornerstone of a democratic society and that all citizens are equal before the law.
“We are working tirelessly to ensure that the legal system is accessible, transparent, and fair to all,” he added. “Our goal is to build a judicial system that is respected both nationally and internationally.”
