UN Security Council Addresses Ukraine War, Humanitarian Crisis
The United Nations Security Council convened a session today to address the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and its far-reaching consequences. The meeting focused on the deteriorating humanitarian situation and the escalating impact of the war on civilian populations.
Joyce Msuya, the UN Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, expressed grave concern over the critical funding shortages that are severely hindering winter response operations across the country.
